Take the shaker and add the basil leaves along with the cane sugar. Crush the leaves well and add the remaining ingredients. Shake for a minimum of 20 seconds. Take a pre-chilled tumbler and strain the cocktail. Finish with a basil leaf.

Tip
The double strainer + fine sieve are used to remove all the small grains of basil from the cocktail.
