Take a shaker and add Edelweiss Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Put the ice cubes in the shaker, place the mixer glass on top and shake. Fill a wide and deep glass with crushed ice, strain the cocktail into it and top with sparkling water. Finish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.
